Tammy’s public health background has taught her the value of data-driven decisions, and in using measurement to better understand areas that you want to develop or invest in. Tammy has achieved certifications and/or accreditations in several industry-leading tools, allowing her to partner with you to dig deep into your results, in order to guide your next steps.
Your leadership journey and your work with Tammy may include taking one or more of the below assessments. Tammy will then be able to take the results of any of the assessments and provide connection and insight into how those results relate to results from other assessments. This is especially valuable for self-development, as it allows the leader to gain a deeper understanding of thought and behavior patterns that may be influencing certain leadership traits. When you work with Tammy, she will partner with you to determine which assessments will best enhance your growth and development goals.
