One tool available to growth-seeking women in partnership with Tammy Green Consulting is participation in a customized Women’s Leadership Circle.

Leading authentically is a very real challenge—one that continues to grow in complexity with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. The unique challenges of holding your space as a woman in a leadership role are an important shared experience with hundreds of thousands of women across the globe.
Women’s Leadership Circles allow for shared vulnerability and strength in the company of trusted mentors, partners and collaborators. Circles provide the critical connection with fellow-leaders who can empathize with shared struggles, give and receive advice, and most importantly to lift up one another’s achievements and successes as causes worth celebration.
Beginning late in 2021, Tammy will be offering both in-person as well as virtual circles, bringing together women from across the leadership spectrum. Their commonality: a deep desire to connect, collaborate, and to grow.
